Cassie is a relationship-driven real estate professional with more than 20 years of experience across residential property, long-term rentals, holiday rentals and luxury sales.

She started her career in London in 2004, then spent over a decade in Barbados working across holiday and luxury property sales. There, she built a deep understanding of what property owners need — and why great service matters.

Now based on the Sunshine Coast, Cassie brings that experience to her role in Business Development. She builds trusted relationships with property owners, helping them find property management support that fits their goals and protects the value of their property.

Cassie takes a genuine, attentive approach. She takes the time to understand each client and their property, so they feel supported, informed and confident every step of the way.

As a mother of two young children, Cassie brings a grounded, long-term perspective. She understands that a property is both a valuable investment and a home.
