Rachael Dwyer

Rachael joined the Code Property Group team as our Office Administrator. She spent two years in the hotel accommodation industry before moving into real estate in 2024. Since then, she's worked across reception, marketing and property management, spending the last nine months in the latter role.

Rachael loves being the go-to person on the team — organised, reliable, and always ready to help wherever she's needed. She believes honesty and clear communication are always the best approach. She's especially proud of her ability to leave a tough day at the door, rather than let it affect the people around her. For Rachael, a positive, welcoming office culture starts with the little things, and remembering to celebrate each other's wins along the way.

Originally from Brisbane, Rachael moved to the Sunshine Coast in 2024 and got engaged to her partner in January 2026. Outside of work, she enjoys the gym, nature walks, time at the beach, reading, painting and interior design.
