During her time at Sun Cable, Nicole expanded the organisation’s internal design capability, growing the function from a sole designer role into a small in-house team within the marketing and communications department.

As Marketing Manager across Code Property Group and Greenhouse Property, Nicole leads brand and marketing initiatives that support business growth while strengthening consistency, connection, and market presence across both brands.

Nicole brings a strong blend of brand strategy, visual design, and marketing leadership to her role as Marketing Manager at Code Property Group. Nicole began her career in an advertising agency environment before establishing and operating a boutique digital design agency. She later moved into consultancy, partnering with organisations across professional services, tourism, financial services and technology to refine brand positioning, improve marketing clarity and elevate visual communications.

Having relocated from Sydney to the Sunshine Coast, Nicole enjoys the coastal lifestyle, time with family, and contributing to businesses that are shaping the region. She is driven by building brands people trust and supporting organisations that create a positive and lasting impact.
