Code Property Group commenced in 2017 with the purchase of a Ray White franchise and an overnight re-brand. Retaining the original team, Code has grown from a crew of 12 to 24 in just 2 years, with the welcome addition of the Property Management teams from Live Realty at Caloundra, Bentley's at Meridan Plains and Next Property Group at Maroochydore.

Our Property Management team takes care of nearly 700 properties on the Sunshine Coast, housing more than 2100 tenants. This team works hand in hand with our Business Development and Sales departments. Our dedicated sales team has more than 50 years combined experience and we welcome you to connect with our team members.
