Professional property management

Having had a bad experience with a previous property manager we were a little hesitant on which company to go with when renting out our property again. Living overseas meant the process was a little harder as we only had emails and past referrals to go on when deciding to go with Jamie.
Right from the outset we felt at ease. The communication, daily updates and most importantly the honest feedback about the property and potential tenants meant that Jamie was not just going to put anyone in our house to have it occupied. Even though the process took a couple of weeks longer to find the right tenants than we would have liked, we knew the steps Jamie was taking was not only thorough, but she had our best interests at the forefront of her mind and this gave us the added confidence our asset would be looked after. The time difference meant Jamie would communicate with us at all hours to ensure we never missed out on the vital information we needed while it was current.
