LOCAL REAL ESTATE NOMINATED FOR TOP AWARD

Fresh off the back of a successful win at the realestate.com.au AREA 2019 awards, Code Property Group is celebrating two coveted award nominations for the 2020 REIQ Awards for Excellence.

The Sunshine Coast agency based at Birtinya has been recognised as a nominee for Large Residential Agency of the Year while their award-winning Business Development Manager, Jamie Billerwell, has been nominated as Business Development Manager of the year.

Up against the best in Queensland Real Estate, Code Property Group is making their mark in the industry having only been established in Queensland since 2017.

Director Candice Gillies said that the nomination is a wonderful acknowledgement of the team’s values and commitment to placing people above property.

“The growth and success we have experienced since our inception 2-years-ago is a direct reflection of the team living our core values and their united approach to exceptional customer service,” she said.

“Co-owner Ben Wilson and I had a clear vision from day one of the change we wanted to create in the real estate industry and we are so lucky to work alongside an amazing group of people who dedicate their time each day to helping people realise their home owner or investor dreams.

“This nomination means a great deal to our crew as it publicly acknowledges the hard work and commitment to the industry from each person. We are humbled and greatly appreciative to the REIQ for this recognition,” Ms Gillies said.

Converting from a well-known franchise to an independent agency in 2017 Mr Wilson said, “I’m sure this nomination is acknowledgement of the flexibility and tailored service programs we have been able to create as an independent agency.”

“The continued shift upwards for customer experience means we need to adapt and change to meet the demands of the market.”

The local real estate agency supports a number of community organisations such as Wishlist and sponsors local Nutri-Grain athlete Tiarrn Raymond.
